HASO Marjaniemi and HASO Fallkulla are both ‘right of occupancy’ blocks which came as direct commissions from the City of Helsinki Housing Production Office (ATT). At Marjaniemi, the five-storey building was curved to follow the curving line of the street and at this point there are curved access balconies with the smallest flats alongside them.
