Client: National Board of Building (now Senate Properties)
Gross area 7,500 m2, volume 31,000 m3
Four-storey government office building (known as ‘Meripaja’), housing the Ministry for Foreign Affairs Development Policy Department; approx. 210 staff. The whole scheme consists of the new building and the former Mint building which was renovated to form training premises for the Ministry.
