Kuninkaantie social-services centre is a mostly single-storey building housing a residential unit as well as the social-services centre itself. The social-services centre mainly provides daily activities for the mentally handicapped, especially job training. The activity spaces and clubrooms are divided into four units edging the courtyard. The offices and the common spaces, such as the dining hall-cum-gymnasium, are located in an outer ring. The building complex is completed by a separate residential training unit containing ten flats, on the southern edge of the site.
