Gross area 4,700 m2, volume 22,500 m3
Terkko acts as the Meilahti campus library of Helsinki University Library. The library, which focuses on health science and medicine, also acts as the HUCH scientific library. Currently, the building houses approx. 8,000 shelf metres of books and professional journals. Reading/work stations have gradually replaced areas of shelving.
